Our Restaurant Principi di Piemonte is at the service of customers who choose the half board treatment. Here you can start your day with a rich breakfast buffet, served from 7.30 am until 10.00 am, prepared by our cuisine selecting fresh and seasonal product, both sweet and savory. A Chef is at your disposal to prepare eggs and crepes, served with orange juice and a cup of espresso or cappuccino.
Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:30, it provides a rich buffet of starters, a la carte menu with 4 first courses and 4 second courses and a rich buffet with dessert and fruit. Our chef cooks with creativity the selected raw materials to create the typical dishes of the alpine tradition.
After his last experience in Sardinia, as Chef responsible for the restaurant “Il Leccio” of the Delphina Resort & SPA Le Dune, Andrea puts his great experience at your service at the traditional restaurant of the Principi di Piemonte. In his curriculum he also boasts a management of the restaurant “Viva lo Re”, mentioned on the main food and wine guides, including: Michelin, Gambero Rosso, L’espresso, Ristoranti d’Italia.
